* Trip  - This means that all travellers  use the same flights within 1 reservation

** Refund - Not all tickets can be processed for (partial) refund. This depends on the conditions of the fare of the ticket.

*** Meeting arrangement - Reservation of meeting or seminar with all needed facilities and if necessary a hotel reservation.

Conditions for payment

For the services performed by Flexfares, you will receive an invoice, which we kindly ask you to pay within 14 days. Please arrange payment towards the bank account mentioned on your invoice, stating your name and invoice number.
