Times and fares mentioned are subject to changes and availability.
Airlines have the right to change their fares, as long as your ticket has not been printed yet.
Airlines have the right to change increasing fuel or security taxes at any moment.
The traveller him/herself is responsible for his/her own accurate travel documents (e.g. valid passport / id-card / visa) and possible vaccinations.
If the traveller does not appear for a booked flight, it is possible that the airline charges NO SHOW costs. Flexfares will send the traveller an invoice for these costs.
Flexfares is not responsible for any damages caused during your trip or stay or for any delays and possible damage because of the delays. Claims should be made directly towards the airline, car rental company or hotel and if necessary you can use your travel- and/or cancellation insurance.
For continuous travel- and/or cancellation insurances you can stop your insurance 3 months before the end of your insurance and beginning of you new insurance.
The information you give to Flexfares on behalf of a journey, will be saved in the reservation system of Flexfares : Amadeus.
Data processing and filing will be done according to Amadeus privacy regulations and will only be used for the services Flexfares can offer you. Under no circumstance will Flexfares abuse your information.
We will appreciate it if we receive your payment within 14 days after invoice date. Flexfares reserves the right to send the client and invoice for additional costs made to arrange your payment.
